From the EA Summer Showcase today, we made a number of cool announcements. Here’s a quick recap with all the highlights:

FIFA 13 and Madden NFL 13 for the Wii U – Check out the blog post for more on how these titles will use the innovative GamePad to enhance your gameplay experience.

FIFA 13 iOS – Dramatic new improvements have been made to player’s faces, stadiums and full match-day environment on this mobile title. There are new button controls for offense and defense and tactics have been simplified and for the first time ever, the app will feature online multiplayer that lets you play against your friends (or rivals) via Origin from anywhere.

Real Racing 3 – It’s on its way from Firemonkeys! For the first time, this title will feature real tracks like Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Silverstone Circuit along with a brand new line-up of vehicles including new manufacturers like Porsche, Audi and Dodge for the most tense and exciting real racing experience yet. Fans can now compete with a 22 car grid allowing you to pit yourself against 21 other racers in one circuit.

ORC: Vengeance – Selected as Editor’s Choice in the App Store last week, this new 3D RPG adventure comes to you from developer Big Cave and publisher Chillingo. You play as Rok, an Orc Warchief in this dungeon crawler where you unite the clans against ‘The Dark One’ in a quest for vengeance. Check it out on the App Store now!

PvZ Presents Talking Zombatar – Love PopCap’s Plants vs. Zombies? This new free-to-play iOS  app coming later this year lets you carry around your own pet Zombie in your pocket, dress him up how you like, and even have him repeat your words in Zombese. You can teach your Zombie new dance moves, record video and take pictures with your Zombie that you can upload and share with friends.

The Sims 3 Seasons – A new Sims 3 expansion pack for PC/Mac is on its way for the holidays and will introduce new seasonal festivities, dramatic weather effects and more. Take your Sims for a swim in the ocean, take a polar bear plunge in wintry waters, set of fireworks or carve a jack-o’-lantern. The new seasons will be available this November!

Need for Speed World – It’s been two years since we launched Need for Speed World and even more new content is on its way. Coming soon is something the fans have been waiting for – drag racing. This mode will combine the best of drag racing from previous games along with new elements. There are alo new vehicles coming. Just last Friday we launched the Lamborghini Seso Elemento and the Porsche Carrera GT is on the way with more to come.

Battlefield 3 – The team gave us a peak at what to expect from the Armored Kill, Aftermath and End Game expansion packs that will be available in the coming months and via Battlefield 3 Premium. Armored Kill introduces new tanks, ATVs and mobile artillery with new unlocks. Aftermath, coming in December, is set in a destroyed city on the Iran/Iraq border moments after a massive earthquake. It will also debut a new gameplay mode, new assignments and achievements. Details on End Game are still in lock down but what we did see at Summer Showcase is that it will have motorcycles! Premium members get every expansion pack and gain early access to great content.

Medal of Honor Warfighter – This October, Medal of Honor Warfighter will deliver a truly authentic modern war experience inspired from warriors and scenarios ripped from the headlines. We got to see some killer videos and find out more about how the team is collaborating with Linkin Park at Summer Showcase. For more on Linkin Park, check out this post

Mass Effect 3 – A new story-driven single-player DLC is coming – Leviathan! This new story features emotional storytelling, pulse-pounding action, gripping cinematics and unlockable weapons and upgrades. You’ll get to discover more about the origins of the Reapers as you race across the galaxy to find the Leviathan.

Army of TWO The Devil’s Cartel – The newest member of the Visceral family, Army of TWO The Devil’s Cartel will take the best parts of the previous two games and add new characters and a new mature storyline. More details are available in the September issue of Game Informer – check out the cover here.
